USCIS update

Just got a phone call from a very sweet SLC postal worker named Diane. She said our envelope to USCIS was placed in a larger envelope with other stuff headed for USCIS and that's why it wasn't individually scanned upon arrival. She said these items are forwarded to Dallas???? She said they deliver these packages twice daily.
